| 2.What is the Mold fee? |
| We have to charge a mold fee when you need special customize according your sample picture, designed logo or we don't have mold of previous item in stock.So that we need to open a new mold. |
| 3.Can I get samples ? |
| We can offer you stock sample free of charge,but if you need sample according to your own artwork,we need to charge the mold fee.Beside,the sample freight is on your account. |
| 4.How can I get a sample to check your quality? |
| After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality. Free sample to check the design and quality, as long as you afford the shipping freight and mold fee |
